Sweet Love A.L. 5/4

It’s bright beautiful the sun bursting

Flowers adorn heads like crowns

Blush and satin make a sea of waves

Heart racing

Violin and guitar in harmony

We were just kids

Meeting in May under that tree

I can see you standing there

Eyes set and smile fixed

How could we have known

This is how it would be

Sweet love

Scars and stretching feel the growing pains

Sleepless nights and hard choices

Yet even in the darkest night

Violin and guitar in harmony

We were just kids

Meeting in May under that tree

I can see you standing there

Eyes set and smile fixed

How could we have known

This is how it would be

Sweet Love
